Return policy & right of withdrawal

Last updated: September 2026 — version 2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL For purchases through bl4ckout.nl you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, physically took possession of the goods. Using the withdrawal button You may submit the withdrawal digitally via the withdrawal button at https://bl4ckout.nl/en/returns — a digital function offered on the website that lets you file the withdrawal directly and without an account. Upon submission you automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. The moment of submission via the button counts as the moment of withdrawal (provided it occurs within the withdrawal period). What happens next 1. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and give you return instructions. 2. Send the products back within 14 days of the withdrawal, unless we (arrange to) collect them. 3. We refund all amounts paid (including standard shipping costs, excluding any express delivery surcharge) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of your proof of dispatch, using the same payment method — unless you explicitly choose instant store credit. 4. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods. RETURN COSTS The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. For warranty claims (defective product) these costs are at our expense. CONSUMER OBLIGATIONS 1. Handle the goods with care during the withdrawal period: do not use or damage them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and operation. 2. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from use beyond what is permitted above. STATUTORY EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The right of withdrawal is excluded for: 1. Custom-made products; 2. Sealed products which, for health-protection or hygiene reasons, have been unsealed after delivery (including underwear and fragrance products); 3. Products that after delivery have irrevocably been mixed with other goods by their nature. Where a product falls under an exception, this is stated on the product page. NOT INFORMED? — EXTENSION OF THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD If you are not (timely) informed of your right of withdrawal, the period extends by 12 months after expiry of the original period (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230q). FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM If the product is defective or not as described, choose "Warranty claim" in the withdrawal button. The statutory conformity warranty exceeds any commercial guarantee and cannot be limited — see article 9 of the terms and conditions.
